Are the rates on your site per person or per room per night?
Rates quoted on our site are per villa. A villa for a party of 2 is the same price as a villa for a party of 4. Generous discounts are offered for stays longer than 1 week; please email for more details. A maximum of 4 guests per villa is strictly enforced. |

When is my booking confirmed?
After you have sent a reservation inquiry, we will let you know by email if your desired dates
are available within 24 hours. If your dates are available, we will send a deposit invoice
through Paypal, which must be paid within 24 hours of receipt in order to reserve your villa. |

What happens if I need a refund?
All refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and granted only in exceptional cases.
Please rest assured that we will do whatever we can in order to make your experience a
pleasurable one. Reservation deposits paid via Paypal are generally non-refundable. |

How do I get to the villas at Awe Resort?
Print out the map from our Location & Directions section. Upon arrival on Koh Phangan, there
are many shared taxis waiting at the pier. Show the map to the driver and expect the ride to
take about 10 mins. As we are very new, it’s a good idea to bring the map with you. |

What happens to my villa booking if my flight is delayed?
Your villa is reserved for you and will be held for you unless otherwise advised. Please do let
us know if you miss your flight or if there are any changes to your schedule. |

Who do I contact if I need help?
Our caretaker, Pen, is standing by 24 hours for all of your needs. Her house is located next
to the entrance. All villas come with a phone and emergency numbers are clearly posted. |
